A well designed spacious, fully equipped camper van conversion. The rear body is classed as a laser body, being made of fibre glass and reinforced with stainless steel, this is of great benefit making it one of the safest camper vans on the road plus no rust problems on the body!!! This is lovely van, it is very comfortable and comes complete with pretty much everything you need for great weekends and holidays away. All the equipment, fittings and carpet are as new. This is the perfect Camper for your travels & holidays. It comes complete with all the fixtures and fittings listed below; Kitchen area. Flush fitting sink and drainer with smoked glass lid & fold down tap. Hot & cold water is supplied at a turn of the tap via a self priming pump. The hot water is heated by a powerful gas burner (1500 watt) with a short heating time of approximately 35 minutes. Temperature selection of approx. 30c -70c. Can be run from either gas or electric (or both to shorten heating time). A SMEV two burner gas hob with smoked glass lid and electronic ignition. A SMEV gas oven & grill with drop-down smoked glass opening, thermostatic control and electronic ignition. Dometic Fridge 30 litre Capacity. 3 way 12 V/ 240V & Gas with electronic ignition. Toilet compartment. The seperate toilet compartment contains a Tip up Wash Basin & a portable toilet. Water to the basin is heated by the powerful gas burner (1500 watt) with a short heating time of approximately 35 minutes. Temperature selection of approx. 30c -70c run from either gas or electric (or both to shorten heating time). The Fiamma sturdy Bi-Pot portable toilet has a scratch resistant tank. Easy to transport and empty with a convenient flush of fresh water. Lower waste tank capacity is 11 litres. Fiamma Water Tank - 70 litres The van contains an internal water tank with an exterior filler cap & drain pipe. the mains hook up is also at the rear of the van. Dining, Sitting & Sleeping Area. The Dining/Sitting area with it's picture window has a removable table which will seat up to 5 people. The comfortable double bed is made by simply lowering the table top between the two seats. Wardrobes & Cupboards. There are two ample sized wardrobes with useful hanging space, one of which also includes a shelf at the top with a shoe storage compartment at the bottom. The camper also has four good sized wall cupboards and four floor cupboards, all wardrobes & cupboard have Push button locking door knobs. The Van is fitted with Seitz Polyurethane framed & acrylic double glazed windows. All have a grey tint and are supplied complete with integral / internal blinds and fly screens, including a large picture window at the rear of the van. The van is fitted with a large awning, ideal for that barbecue on a hot summer night. The rear of the van is fitted with a Cycle Rack which will hold two bicycles. Zig Unit. The van also contains a Zig unit which supplies power to the 12 volt equipment, lights, water pump etc. When connected to the mains hook up it also supplies 240v to the fridge & charges the leisure battery. There are also power points and four 12 volt fluorescent strip lights installed inside. The van also benefits from a cooling system, excellent during hot weather & a door which separates the living area from the cab. Also there are two roof vents which supply plenty of natural day light. This Van has been well maintained with an excellent mechanically sound Turbo boosted engine, which drives beautifully. Although it has done 181,000 miles this is nothing for a Mercedes Sprinter, a lot of couriers use Sprinter vans because they are good for at least 400,000 - 450,000 miles. This really is a lovely van, it looks great and drives superbly.
