1st Floor 1 bed flat seeking 2 bed house or bungalow with garden
I have a very spacious 1 bed flat that I am wanting to swap for a 2 bed house or bungalow with own garden. If the property is a flat it must have garden with own use and be on the ground flr. My flat has a very large bathroom as it used to be a wet room. The kitchen is very big also as it has lots of storage space incl the boiler cupboard. My bedroom and frontroom are very big also with enough room for a 3-piece suite. There is also a communal garden which is used by myself and all the neighbours who are very friendly.
