BT Home PC Support are offering free technical support to home PC users. For any problems, whether it is virus related, software installation or troubleshooting, machine performance problems, or any other PC related problems. Free advice is available on the phone, and wherever possible we solve problems on the phone. If we can't solve it on the phone, we put you put you in touch with a local IT technician in Birmingham. 30 minutes of our technicians time on the phone is free of charge, to run through, diagnose and advise you on solving the problems. If possible we will resolve your problem on the phone there and then, and if not we will email you advice and next steps. A maximum of 2 calls per person/household are permitted per month. If your call takes longer than 30 minutes we may charge you [£10 per hour] for our technician's time, but you will be advised of this and will be given the option to just receive an email summarising our advice and what to do next. 94% of all issues are resolved within the 30 minute call.
